[Ignis mortis]

Game is incredible, feels like a lighter and less deep version of Chakkan the forever man on Sega, that's a good thing by the way, as games like that don't even exist any more, so even coming close, especially for a flash game is superb. Music was good, and I like how it changes with the area. My only question though is, is the Archer male or female? It looks like He/she has boobs, the face looks like a man in the static avatar, and it screams like a man x,D STOP CONFUSING MY FAP JUDGMENT! lol but really, overall great game. Add game pad support and you could sell this on steam legit

Thanks for the feedback, Im working new version of this but better, Ignis mortis was my prototype game. The respons ive gotten on this has been amazing. The Archer is a she with same line of code for death as the rest. haha.
Chakkan looks like a interesting game.

1 the game has 360 pad support, worked plug in play. You just entered Steam pro level son.
2 the pixel art is fun and actually pretty dang good.
3 the music is catchy
4 Chicken Wolf... I mean.. do I need to say anything else?
5 The game gave me an erection and I had a dream about being chased by Chicken Wolves with boobs.

Not a bad game, I like the mechanics, and general way the game is played, but there is a random lag that happens for me when I play this that renders it broken. When I shoot at people, it lags the game out for a half a second, it makes any boss fight crippling for me, as I'm shot like 5 times and out of ammo by the time the lag is gone.

Hello, thanks for the feedback. Try to play in a different browser to see if the lag is gone. Another thing to do is to click on the game (right click) and change the quality to low. I tested the game in a slow machine I have here and it performed good (40 FPS).

Difficulty level = I spit on your grave. The sprites and looks are decent, but the game is barbarically hard, I got quite a distance in the game after falling into crap hundreds of times, it needs music at the very least, I dig the retro style and the looks are quite awesome drenched in retro goodness. But the difficulty level is: blind cripple being butt pounded by leprechauns whist being forced to storm the beaches of Normandy. Please include at the very very least a difficulty option next time. With some music and different difficulties this could have been at the least a 4 star game.

You are truly right, this was really meant to be a brutally hard game. Just something to waste few minutes :)

I tried few things with the randomization, i could make an EASY mode for the next release, but it really felt boring and dull when i tried a prototype. But i will try to get it done :) THanks again!

Skill man, just skill.

Nicely done animated background, interesting idea, decent game play.
Overall pretty fun and cool.

Advice, maybe make a timer where enemy's go berserk and add hardcore music when it occurs, maybe make a gun powerup.

Also... lag... why?
I have 8 gigs ram, a wicked processor, and a sick video card via pci-e
Lag should not occur... not sure if it's server side, or internet, but I'm wired via fiber optic high speed.
So don't know man... just plain out lag.
May or may not be my fault, but the point remains the same, you have skill and know how to use it.
Mix it up a bit, maybe add some more stuff and make more aggressive music a part of it to pump me up.

Maybe weapon collection for the Dino instead of shooting flames.
Still very nicely done.
